EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

When you call 9-1-1 for medical emergencies our licensed EMT and paramedic responders will arrive to start care. Our EMS providers are specifically trained to take care of the sick and injured in a pre-hospital environment. We will gather information, take vitals, and even start IV's to administer medications if needed.

Things that help us:

  • Don't hang up with 9-1-1 until they tell you to.

  • Make sure your residence is clearly marked with your street number

  • If able, secure your pets in a bedroom or side room.

  • Make sure the door is unlocked, let 9-1-1 know if you are unable to unlock the door or gate.

  • Keep a list of your current medications and medical history handy.

  • If able, turn on some lights to your home and send someone out to the road to greet and guide us in.
