Captain Vern Estey Captain Estey has been with the Colton Rural Fire Protection District for over 16 years. Volunteering a countless amount of time, away from his family and friends to serve this community. Captain Estey was a firefighter and emergency medical technician, and valued his time with the department. We appreciate you Captain, and the value to which you were able to bring the department over the years. Good luck on retirement, don't work too hard.
